MFU Wellness Center ต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานจาก Oregon Health & Science University สหรัฐอเมริกา ในโอกาสเข้าศึกษาดูงานด้านการให้บริการทางด้านสุขภาพ

วันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2569 ศูนย์บริการสุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (MFU Wellness Center) นำโดย นายแพทย์ธวัชชัย ใจคำวัง รักษาการแทนผู้อำนวยการศูนย์บริการสุขภาพฯ พร้อมด้วยบุคลากร ร่วมให้การต้อนรับคณะอาจารย์และนักศึกษาจาก Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) สหรัฐอเมริกา ในโอกาสเข้าเยี่ยมชมและศึกษาดูงานระบบการดำเนินงานและการให้บริการด้านสุขภาพของ MFU Wellness Center โดยได้รับการประสานความร่วมมือจากสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ณ อาคารศูนย์บริการสุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง

ในโอกาสนี้ นายแพทย์ธวัชชัย ใจคำวัง ได้กล่าวต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงาน พร้อมบรรยายภาพรวมการดำเนินงาน แนวทางการบริหารจัดการ และรูปแบบการให้บริการสุขภาพแบบองค์รวมของ MFU Wellness Center จากนั้น คณะได้เยี่ยมชมและศึกษาดูงานหน่วยบริการต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ แผนกบริการสุขภาพ ชั้น 1 ศูนย์ตรวจสุขภาพ งานเทคนิคการแพทย์ และงานรังสีวิทยา ชั้น 2 รวมถึงศูนย์เวชศาสตร์ชะลอวัยและความงาม ชั้น 4 ตลอดจนเยี่ยมชมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและพื้นที่ให้บริการด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ได้แก่ ศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาและสุขภาพ ชั้น 6 และสระน้ำเพื่อสุขภาพ ชั้น 7

การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้เปิดโอกาสให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการ การให้บริการสุขภาพ และการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะ ระหว่างบุคลากรและคณาจารย์จากมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง อาจารย์และนักศึกษาจาก Oregon Health & Science University อันเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและด้านสุขภาพในระดับนานาชาติ

การต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้สอดคล้องกับพันธกิจของ MFU Wellness Center ในการให้บริการด้านการแพทย์ การสาธารณสุข และการส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านการดูแลสุขภาพ ควบคู่กับการสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของสหประชาชาติ (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) โดยเฉพาะ SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being การมีสุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี ผ่านการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และแนวทางการให้บริการสุขภาพแบบองค์รวม และ SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ผ่านการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือและการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขระหว่างหน่วยงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัยและสถาบันการศึกษานานาชาต

On August 27, 2026, the MFU Wellness Center, led by Acting Director Dr. Tawatchai Jaikamwang and staff, warmly welcomed a delegation of faculty members and students from Oregon Health & Science University, USA. Coordinated by the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, the visit provided the delegation with an inside look at the Center’s healthcare operations and services.

During the visit, Dr. Tawatchai Jaikamwang delivered a welcome address and presented an overview of the Center’s management approach and holistic healthcare service model. The delegation then toured various service units, including the Healthcare Department on the 1st floor, the Health Check-up Center, Medical Technology, and Radiology units on the 2nd floor, as well as the Skin and Aesthetic Clinic on the 4th floor. They also explored the health promotion facilities, including the Sports and Health Science Center on the 6th floor and the Hydrotherapy Pool on the 7th floor.

This study visit facilitated a fruitful exchange of knowledge and professional experiences in healthcare management, service delivery, and wellness promotion between Mae Fah Luang University faculty and staff and the Oregon Health & Science University delegation, further strengthening international academic and healthcare networks.

The event aligns with MFU Wellness Center's mission to offer quality medical and public health services while fostering health literacy. It directly supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—specifically SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, by sharing knowledge on holistic healthcare practices, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by building collaborative networks and encouraging cross-institutional knowledge sharing at an international level.
