MFU Wellness Center ให้การต้อนรับและบริการสุขภาพแก่คณะ University of Taxila

วันอังคารที่ 9 ธันวาคม 2568 ศูนย์บริการสุขภาพแบบครบวงจรแห่งภาคเหนือและอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (MFU Wellness Center) ให้การต้อนรับ Dr. U Aung Kyaw อธิการบดี University of Taxila สาธารณรัฐแห่งสหภาพเมียนมา และคณะ ในโอกาสมาเยือนมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงเพื่อหารือความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ โดยมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทางวิชาการ และร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้

ในการนี้ นางสาววรรณภา ทิพยศักดิ์ หัวหน้าส่วนพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ ได้นำคณะเข้าเยี่ยมชม MFU Wellness Center โดยมี นางฐิตากานต์ วงส์สวัสดิ์ รักษาการแทนหัวหน้าฝ่ายส่งเสริมธุรกิจสุขภาพและความงาม ให้การต้อนรับและพาเยี่ยมชมหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ภายใน MFU Wellness Center อาทิ แผนกบริการสุขภาพ ศูนย์ตรวจสุขภาพ คลินิกผิวหนังและความงาม ศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาและสุขภาพ และห้องกิจกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพกายใจ นอกจากนี้ คณะผู้มาเยือนยังได้รับคำปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพจากทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพของ MFU Wellness Center ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจเป็นอย่างมาก และช่วยสร้างความเข้าใจในรูปแบบการบริการสุขภาพแบบองค์รวมของศูนย์ฯ

กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีและความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั้งสองประเทศ อีกทั้งยังสอดคล้องกับพันธกิจของ MFU Wellness Center ในการเป็น “ศูนย์กลางบริการสุขภาพในระดับภูมิภาค” โดยมีการให้ความรู้ในการดูแลสุขภาพและการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมด้านสุขภาพ เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณภาพชีวิตและการมีสุขภาพที่ดี สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals : SDGs) ได้แก่ SDG 3 – Good Health & Well-being (การมีสุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี) ผ่านการส่งเสริมองค์ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การเข้าถึงบริการที่มีคุณภาพ และการดูแลสุขภาพเชิงป้องกัน และ SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals (หุ้นส่วนเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน) โดยสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศในด้านการศึกษา และด้านสุขภาพ ซึ่งช่วยเสริมความแข็งแกร่งของเครือข่ายทางวิชาการและขยายผลการทำงานด้านสุขภาพของมหาวิทยาลัยสู่ระดับภูมิภาคอย่างยั่งยืน

On Tuesday, 9 December 2025, the MFU Wellness Center warmly welcomed Dr. U Aung Kyaw, Rector of the University of Taxila, Republic of the Union of Myanmar, and his delegation. The visit was part of their official trip to Mae Fah Luang University aimed at strengthening academic collaboration and promoting the exchange of knowledge between the two institutions.

Ms. Wannapha Thippayasak, Head of Global Relations Division, led the visiting delegation to the MFU Wellness Center, where they were greeted by Mrs. Thitakarn Wongsawas, Acting Head of the Health and Beauty Business Promotion Division. The delegation was guided through various units within the center, including the Health Service Department, Health Checkup Center, Dermatology and Aesthetic Clinic, Sports and Health Science Center, and the Holistic Wellness Activity Room. In addition, the visitors received personalized health consultations from the MFU Wellness Center’s multidisciplinary healthcare team. This session received great attention from the delegation, providing valuable insights into the Center’s holistic approach to integrated health services.

This visit played a significant role in enhancing the relationship and fostering collaboration between the two higher education institutions. It also aligns with the core mission of the MFU Wellness Center to serve as a regional hub for comprehensive health services, promoting health education and behavioral change to improve quality of life and overall well-being. Furthermore, the activity supports key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including: SDG 3 – Good Health & Well-being, through the promotion of health literacy, access to quality services, and preventive healthcare; and SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals, by strengthening international collaboration in education and health, thereby reinforcing academic networks and contributing to sustainable regional health development.
